We welcome referrals for active individuals of all ages experiencing:
• Ligament sprains
• Tendonitis and tendinopathy
• Joint instability
• Joint and muscle pain
• Osteoarthritis
• Sport-related concussion
Conditions Outside Our Scope
To maintain focused and timely access for musculoskeletal and activity-related conditions, we do not accept referrals for:
• Chronic back pain
• Motor vehicle accident claims
• WSIB cases
By maintaining a focused clinical scope, we ensure timely access for patients seeking return to optimal physical performance.
