Weekly Training Structure
Classes run at 6:00 AM, 5:30 PM, and Saturdays at 9:00 AM.
MONDAY & TUESDAY
Strength Upper and Lower
Build your foundation the SHIELD way. Controlled reps, proper loading, lean muscle development, and joint stability. This is where real-world strength is built.
WEDNESDAY
Full Body Training
Mid-week energy. A high-tempo, circuit-style blend of strength and conditioning to drive fat loss, endurance, and full-body performance.
THURSDAY
Strength & Power
Explosive training meets strength development. This is where speed, stability, and total athletic output are built.
FRIDAY
Train Like an Athlete
Creative circuits, smart equipment use, athletic movement, and conditioning that leaves you strong and confident heading into the weekend.
SATURDAY
SHIELD Met-Con
(Metabolic Conditioning)
Your engine builder. High-output cardio, full-body strength, and fast-paced movement that pushes endurance and metabolism.
