Weekly Training Structure

MONDAY & TUESDAY
Strength Upper and Lower

WEDNESDAY
Full Body Training

Mid-week energy. A high-tempo, circuit-style blend of strength and conditioning to drive fat loss, endurance, and full-body performance.
