Education & Training

Dr. Wesley Armstrong is a Sport and Emergency Medicine Physician and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada.

Born and raised in Burlington, he earned an Honours Bachelor of Medical Sciences from Western University before completing his medical degree at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire.

He returned to Canada to complete a five-year residency in Academic Emergency Medicine, followed by Fellowship training in Sport Medicine at the University of Toronto.

Clinical Expertise

Dr. Armstrong has advanced training in ultrasound-guided injection therapies and regenerative medicine.

He is an Associate Team Physician for Alpine Canada and has experience working with elite and high-performance athletes competing in the NHL, CFL, European professional soccer, and NCAA Division I programs.

Beyond the Clinic

Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Armstrong is an avid skier, golfer, and hockey player. He is passionate about helping athletes at all levels return safely and confidently to the activities they enjoy.
