HIGH-INTENSITY TRAINING FOR ELITE HOCKEY DEVELOPMENT
This league is built around developing transferable skills. We start each session with skill and skating, then apply them immediately in competitive gameplay.
Each session features:
30 minutes of focused skill development: Skating + skills efficiency, puck control, decision-making, and small-area compete
30-40 minutes of high-tempo 3-on-3 or 4-on-4 gameplay: Applying new skills under pressure in fast-paced gameplay
SDL demands a faster pace of play, better spacing, and constant engagement — helping players confidently transfer skill work to full-ice play.
